They are light weight, and about 3/4 of an 1" high each. The back has been stamped with Sanskrit writing. They hang on antiqued silver hooks which adds a nice element of subtly to them. I tried gold on gold first, but it looked too gaudy to me, and the matte silver hooks really make the charms stand out.
